PM urges people to get vaccinated, even though Cambodia no longer detects Covid-19

Washington DC: The Prime Minister of Cambodia, Hun Sen, expressed his happiness that Cambodia has been free of Covid-19 for 7 consecutive days, saying that this is a success in the fight against Covid-19. However, he still called on the people to take high precautionary measures.

"With the existing vaccines and the continued supply of assistance from the People's Republic of China, the United States as well as other countries. We really do not have a shortage of vaccines! "In the past, I have announced that almost 4 million students should be given priority in receiving their fourth dose, so I continue to call on the monks and people to continue to accept their vaccines. This vaccine is to protect ourselves and our nation."

The Prime Minister thanked his compatriots for joining the government in fighting Covid-19.

From Washington, DC, Prime Minister sends his condolences to his compatriots and wishes his compatriots peace and prosperity.

He will return to Cambodia on May 15, 2022.
